Refund policy

All sales are final. No cancellations are accepted after an order is placed.

We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery, and only if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued in exceptional cases (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Customers must contact us via WhatsApp to request a review of their case.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
